Now you can get a workout in your home that does not get boring like a DVD Try following this workout – you can sit or stand. You can use weights or not. You can move fast or slow – just try to keep moving! It’s 47 minutes, but don’t worry if you can’t make it through the whole thing – try at least 15 minutes. ARE YOU READY??
