I believe each one of us is a unique person.
Unique in the sense that you and I see the world
and the people in our world in our individual ways.
Yet all of us have a lot in common.
You have lived this long,
Whether you’re a woman,
Whether you’re a man.
You’re getting along.
Your mind should be engaging.
So stay active, stay connected.
Friendships are to be respected.
It is what’s called creative aging.
Feel vibrant with a sense of wow.
Bring out the sunshine from within.
Relish life as an enthusiast.
Glisten in the here and now.
